Information may be provided directly by you, by the company that authorised your portal access, by an authorised representative, or by Green App personnel while delivering requested services. When a client company uploads information about its employees or other individuals, it is responsible for having the necessary authority and providing any required notices or obtaining any required consent.

We process information where it is necessary to provide requested or contracted services, comply with applicable law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or where valid consent or another lawful basis applies. Where processing depends on consent, it may be withdrawn subject to applicable law and any continuing legal or contractual requirements.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with authorised Green App personnel; relevant UAE government authorities; service providers supporting hosting, databases, file storage, authentication, email and security; professional advisers; and other parties where required by law or authorised by the client. Each recipient receives only the information reasonably needed for its role.

Some technology providers may process or store information outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate contractual, technical or legal safeguards consistent with applicable requirements.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and maintain the client relationship, and afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, regulatory, dispute-resolution or security purposes. Archiving a company or employee hides the record but does not automatically delete it. Information may be deleted when it is no longer required, or following a valid request where deletion is legally permitted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, secure authentication and additional administrator verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their login credentials, avoid sharing accounts and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable UAE law and relevant exceptions, you may request information about personal data we process, access or receive a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

10. Cookies and browser storage

The portal uses only browser storage, cookies or similar technologies reasonably necessary for authentication, security and essential operation. We do not currently use the portal for third-party behavioural advertising.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published here with its effective date.
