Terms of Use
Effective: 14 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the Green App client portal operated by Green Apps Typing Services SP LLC (“Green App”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By signing in or using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you use the portal for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that company.
1. Purpose of the portal
The portal allows authorised clients to manage company and employee records, exchange documents, receive application notes, view invoices, upload receipts or payment proofs and access related Green App services. Portal access is provided as part of the client relationship and is not transferable.
2. Accounts and security
You must:
- Use accurate registration and contact information.
- Keep passwords and access links confidential and use only your authorised account.
- Notify us promptly if credentials are lost, shared or used without permission.
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account unless you have reported unauthorised access.
3. Authority to provide information
When you add an employee or upload information concerning another person, you confirm that the information relates to a legitimate requested service and that you have the authority, permission or other lawful basis necessary to provide it to Green App and relevant authorities. You are responsible for giving affected individuals any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
4. Accuracy and document quality
You are responsible for checking names, passport numbers, dates, contact information and uploaded documents before submission. You must promptly correct or report inaccurate, expired, incomplete or illegible information. Green App may request replacement documents or further information before processing a service.
5. Government services and outcomes
Green App is a private typing and business-support service provider and is not a UAE government authority. Decisions, approvals, rejections, fees, requirements and processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities or third-party providers. Green App will provide services with reasonable care but cannot guarantee approval or completion within a particular time unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Fees, invoices and payments
Government charges, third-party costs and Green App service fees are payable according to the applicable quotation, invoice or written arrangement. Uploading a payment proof does not by itself mark an invoice as paid; payment remains subject to verification by Green App. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, amounts already spent on government or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
7. Documents and portal records
You should retain your own copies of important documents. Portal archive functions hide records without deleting them. Downloads and access may be restricted after the client relationship ends, where required for security, or where an account is suspended. Green App may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload false, unlawful, harmful, malicious or unrelated material.
- Attempt to access another client’s account, records or restricted system areas.
- Interfere with portal security, introduce malicious code or use automated tools abusively.
- Use the portal in a way that violates UAE law or the rights of another person.
9. Intellectual property
The portal’s software, design, branding and original content belong to Green App or its licensors. You retain rights in documents and information you lawfully provide. Portal access does not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the portal.
10. Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the portal secure and available, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, internet failures, government-system availability or events outside our reasonable control. We may update portal features where reasonably necessary.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect security, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address unpaid amounts, or end a client relationship. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green App is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a client, unauthorised sharing of credentials, government or third-party decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits obligations expressly accepted by Green App in a separate written agreement.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared and retained. It forms part of the rules governing use of the portal.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, technology or law. The current version and effective date will be published here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
